great stay near the marina
clean room nice toiletries clean pool excellent menu
i found my room very clean with nice toiletries. the pool was clean with good maintenance. breakfast had an excellent menu. i appreciated the gym having many details such as a vanity kit and toothbrushes for backpackers.
the reception staff had some english communication issues.

The location near the marina was convenient for my planned boat trip (a definite plus).
The room cleaning was inconsistent. One day, I had to request fresh towels after returning from an excursion. This was rather annoying after a long day.

wonderful stay at the lagoon
comfortable bed fast buggy
I appreciated the peaceful vibe near the yacht dock, with its beautiful evening views. our room, a little walk from the lobby, was quiet and perfect for morning jogs. the soft, comfortable bed and spaciousness. I also liked the laundry machine. the staff were so friendly and always quick with the buggy service when we ordered room service to eat on the balcony.
The room lacked a phone directory. It was difficult figuring out which number connected me to the hotel services. this made simple requests like key assistance slightly inconvenient. it would be nice to have clearer instructions in the room.

updated equipment quick response
the gym had updated equipment and a good range of machines. i found the staff to be very helpful and always smiling. they assisted with directions and provided quick responses to requests. the team, especially the chef, made sure everyone was satisfied with the food.
The room was far from the main facilities. I needed to wait for transportation. the frequency of the service should be increased for convenience. waiting for a buggy was often long.

ample loungers modern gym convenient buggy service
I found the pool area very well kept. there were ample loungers available, about twenty. the gym featured three treadmills plus two stationary bikes. the provided buggy service really assisted getting around the extensive hotel. I utilized it frequently to reach the restaurant.
the minimarket selection could have been expanded.
